Domino Server 6.0.1 CF2 Windows 2000


I've been having a really weird error with our Domino Server (6.0.1. CF2 on W2K SP4)

Sometimes our server stops routing email (internally and externally), but the mailboxes continue to receive email. If I try to issue an "tell router show" it just doesn't work. Actually non router related command works.

In the server tasks the router shows a "Dispatching messages" status. After several minutes (or hours) the router dispatches hundreds of messages, and then the cycle begin.

After I restart the server the router goes back to normal (most of the times).

I talked with IBM support for this matter but so far I haven't heard from them.
